Scuba/snorkeling

I will be on the Legend in March and we have 4 stops. (Cozumel,Cayman,Belize and Roatan) My question is I am going to scuba dive but my wife is not certified (and does not want to be), so which stop would be best and is there a local company that would allow her to ride along and possibly snorkel?

All of those stops are good diving stops from what I hear. I don't know if any would let her come along (without paying).

Cozumel -- both http://www.blueangelresort.com/ and http://www.eagleraydivers.com do combo snorkel/dive trips.

 

Grand Cayman -- http://www.neptunesdivers.com will take a snorkeler along if there is space available.

 

Of course the snorkeler will have to pay, just not as much as the diver will pay.

Dive with Martin also lets snorkelers come along if there is room (for a fee I'm sure). Here is a 3x zoom shot from far below of a snorkeler on one of our Cozumel dive trips with Martin.
