i-m-ed Posted September 30, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 30, 2009 3% fee for cash withdraw from Casino and it is a use it or lose it credit, i.e. anything left on account at the end of the cruise is not credited back to your card. In past years it was but on our last cruse we still had a several hundred dollars left toward the end of the cruise. We received a letter telling us that we would lose any unused OBC. We were scrambling to spend the money and ended using some of it to pay gratuities, I felt really cheesy about not giving cash but we ran out of things to buy and I wasn't about to give it away.
