Does anyone happen to have a specific name at Carnival Corporation for sending a letter to address a concern from a cruise.

Have you looked at Carnival's website? If it's a serious issue then may as well start at the top - find the name of the chairman & CEO!

Go to Carnival's website and click on "contact us".

 

It will do you no good to send a letter to the CEO....they only forward them to the department that deals with issues and complaints. He doesn't have the time.

 

If it relates to a serious safety issue or some such, your letter might be brought to his attention...but, he doesn't deal with everyday complaints. That's Customer Services' department.
