attitudeda Posted October 5, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2009 Is anyone else having a problem viewing their reservation online. I get the following message when I try to view my reservation. "The selected stateroom cannot accommodate the number of guests selected. Please select another stateroom." I've call RCI and keep getting transferred all over the place. I started with the web they transfer me to reservations who in turn transfer me back to the web. When they check the reservation its correct. corkyanige Posted October 5, 2009 #4 Share Posted October 5, 2009 This is what the website tells me when I try to go into my reservation this morning: Previously selected Guarantee Stateroom(s) are currently not available. Please select another stateroom. It has done this before, and then a few hours later it lets me in.... just figured it was something quirky with the RCCL website. When they check the reservation its correct. Yes!!!!!! I'm having the same exact problem -- an I have also called and been transferred everywhere (stumped the folks at C&A!). Have also e-mailed regarding the problem and am awaiting an answer back. This is a recent problem as I have made online payment on the ressie as recently as last month. I have also been told that the reservation is correct (we have 2 adults and a 6-year old in a JS). I was figuring on calling again -- somebody must know how to fix it! btw...I'm also from LI.
