Mr Barbados - Help with snorkel stops

Mr Barbados, I have been researching some of the catamaran sail and snorkel excursions and they all seem to offer the same basic itinerary. Turtles-Lunch-Reef or Wreck.

 

Assuming the Turtles and Lunch are constants, my question is about the 3rd leg of the trip. Would you recommend a Catamaran which uses Folkstone Marine Park as its second snorkeling stop, or one that uses the Berwyn in Carlisle Bay?
