kstmbjm Posted October 9, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2009 Last time I was on Labadee I booked the WaveRunner shore excursion and was SO excited about it but it was shut down due to bad weather. I always travel in January, so I guess it's to be expected. My question is this: Is the weather generally better either early in the day or late in the day? In other words, do I have a better chance of the excursion not being cancelled if I book for early in the day versus later? Thanks for any help!!! cb at sea Posted October 9, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 9, 2009 That's an "either/or" thing...you can never predict what the weather will do.....or the winds, which is usually what cancels those things. Cross your fingers and hope for the best! Frankly, doing waverunners at a different port will give you a better experience...on Labadee and Coco Cay, the waverunners are a "follow the leader" sort of thing...you can't do your own thing at all.
