Anoop is the Concierge replacing Anshuman for vacation until January

 

There are four butlers on the Dawn: John (He's fantastic)& Houda (he usually has the Garden Villas) are the only ones I know that are there now.

houda was our butler very good. anoop fantastic as conceirge even better than when he was our butler.

I had Houda in an AE, September 13. I hate to say this but I was very disappointed. How long has he been a butler? I thought he was new.

No, Houda gets rave reviews. Some times personalities just don't click for whatever reason.

 

We have heard people say that Alex Forbes was a horrible Concierge.

Maybe by my next cruise they will offer a personality compatibility test for the butler and me. LoL … Never have I had a problem with a butler in the past and I hope to never have one in the future. I think we just fell to the bottom of the list or should I say off the list … maybe one of the other butlers was sick or on vacation.

When we were on the Star in Feb. butler John was getting married and going to the Dawn, he was very nice and took care of everything we needed in the Garden Villa, at the end of the cruise he said we did not keep him busy enough.

My comment was not pointed at you. Every once in a while there is a bad report about someone that normally gets exemplary remarks. It could just be a goofy alignment of the stars. Who knows?

No, really .... I would take a test. LoL :) After the cruise, I went over it and over it in my head to try and understand what went wrong. I love having a butler while cruising. I will go with the goofy alignment of the stars.
