CRUISING71 Posted October 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Hi, When you paid in full for ES fare...and have to cancel before the 60 days of sail. Does Carnival give you back the refund, minus the $ 50 booking and $ 250 which deposit they will held for another booking in a later date? Thank you, Tibbie
firefly333 Posted October 18, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Sorry, looks like no one answered you last night. From the 60 days, Im assuming you have a shorter cruise booked?? 75 days I think is final payment on the 7 days. Once you are past final payment same rules as always, you lose your deposit up until a week before your cruise, then its 100%. If you are before final payment. ... which I assume you are, you lose the $50 and the rest of your deposit is held by Carnival to be used within 1 year. You dont get any of the deposit back. And remember you only have 1 year to use it. The deposit is nonrefundable with ES. The whole deposit.
