Ft.Lauderdale-shuttle to port/hotel Rad.Bahia

Hi there. What is the best way for 6 adults and 2 kids to get to the Port Everglades on 3/20 to the Westerdam? Any money saving hints?

 

Also we return on Easter Sunday. We need transportation to the Radisson Mar Beach Resort from the port and to the airport the next day. Should we rent cars? Can you get a rental car at the port. Anyone stayed at this hotel? Your opinion and comments are greatly appreciated. Is their a Catholic Church near the hotel?
