Cemetary Beach or Smith Cove?

Does anyone know what the transportation situation is to and from either location? Would it be easy or difficult to get a taxi? More concerned about the return. Since the taxis are more like vans I'm not sure a van would want to make a special trip. Any advice would be helpful (except rent a car - not an option).

Cemetery Beach is on the North end of 7 mile beach. Taxis and the city buses go by there on a regular basis and you can flag them down. I have not been to Smith's Cove but I do know that it iis off of the beaten path and therefore I would think transportation back and forth from there would be more difficult.
