20 year old

We are planning a family trip for Dec 2005. I see the teen stuff for the up to 17 year olds. What is there to do on board for the 18-20 year olds. I know on RCCL a parent can sign for a 18-21 year old to get into the night dance clubs. We have a very mature 20 (at time of the cruise) and want to make sure she can have fun on the trip.

I would say then go on a Royal Caribbean cruise as on Princess it is 21 to either drink (even beer and wine) or gamble. You can go into the disco at 18, but won't be served any alcohol.
