Mapping Mexico street addresses

Hello,

 

The only car rental company at the dock in Calica doesn't have cars big enough for my family. I need to take a taxi into Playa Del Carmen to rent something... So far, my biggest problem is figuring out where to pick up my rental.

 

Does anyone know how to look up a map for a street address for a city in Mexico? Neither Google nor Yahoo Maps can find the address listed on the Avis web page, and Avis can't give me any directions.

 

By the way, the address is for Avis Car Rental in Downtown Playa Del Carmen:

Lote 4 Manzana 73 Zona 1, Carret Fed Playa del Carmen 77710 Mexico

 

Any help is appreciated.

My Spanish is rusty but this is what I have so far...

 

Lot 4 Apple 73 Zone 1

Carret ( This appears to be misspelled and should be Carat) Fed

Playa Del Carmen, Mexico 77710

 

I have been searching for a few minutes and can't seem to find this location.

I was right and I was wrong. Carret is misspelled. It should read Carretera which means Highway in Spanish. I assume Fed means Federal. There is one Federal Highway in PLaya del Carmen and that is 307. I'm still trying to find a map but hope this helps some.

 

And yes I am bored. I lost my job last week and am redoing my resume and applying for jobs online.

Ok I went to the Mexican Avis site and the address there is a bit different.

Nothing on Avis there, but I did find this:

Unless they've built a new one, the Fire station in PDC is on Hwy 307 just north of Constituyents.
