1st time Platinum, laundry question

We will be on Carnival Fantasy in two weeks. We have hit the platinum status and wondered if you use their laundry service. We understand it is wash and fold, do they not press clothes? Also can you use the service more than once? Thanks in advance for any help.

Dunno if you can request pressing service, but it would be at an additional charge if available. Platinum guests can use the wash & fold laundry service every day if desired. Looks like you are sailing with us; if you haven't already, come and join our roll call.

We used the service twice on our July cruise on Miracle. You use the same bags they use for the $15 "all you can fit" laundry promotion - we just wrote our name, cabin number, and "platinum" on the side of the bag. Your cabin steward will give you a supply of bags (we filled 5 of them in all).
