Who calls for a price increase?

This is one for the books! On Tuesday during the sale, I just gave a try to getting the $400 price drop on my cruise for next week. I was told it was for new bookings - no problem. No problem that is until today when someone called to ask why I requested the senior fare which made my price go UP! Whoever heard of such a thing? RCCL wanted the balance due for MTD and also this additional $. I am hoping that it gets straightened out soon. How crazy!

Sharp-eyed customer service rep just got my price lowered to what I paid and called me back to boot. Crazy!
