Ok here are the prices that I have for taxi's.

Airport to Drury Inn $56 for 4= $14 per person.

Drury Inn to Cruise Terminal $28 for 4 = $7 per person.

Cruise Terminal to airport $56 for 4= $14 per person.

Think I saw on a NO website that cab prices went up Jan. 1 2010. What are they now?

From the airport is now a flat rate of $14pp to the downtown area including the port. Could be a little more if you have tons of luggage. Taxis from the airport are now required to accept credit cards.

 

To the port from a downtown hotel is $7pp flat rate.

 

Some fares are metered, and some are flat rate, so ask first.

Thanks for the info! I was actually wondering today if prices might have changed with the new year! Luckily, we will just need a cab to and from the cruise terminal. I assume there are heaps of taxis waiting for passengers at the terminal??
