Dollar car rental

I am going to have to rent with Dollar car rental out of FLL because so far they are the only ones that have a 12 passenger van. I was wondering if anyone has any discount codes for them?

A while ago someone posted the code "KISSE". I used it and the price was almost cut in half. I don't remember who posted it but I owe them a huge thank you!

 

I'm not sure if it still works but I'd give it a try.

We used Dollar rental car out of JAX last week. It was OK but you have to watch that there seemed to be extra fees piling up that I was not aware of ie. $10 day for second driver (Hertz allows married couples both to drive) some recovery fees etc. Airlines and airports do their share of add-ons and Florida seems to be a world leader in tourist fees. I ask for a total fee with AAA discount, age discount, coupon code etc for the 3 or 4 top brands. Also check where the pickup is -- I love NOT shuttle to a far out building. Especially important for Orlando. Not sure about FLL.

 

One other tip. We live just 12 miles from the BWI airport terminal. I needed to rent a car and found that it is $100 cheaper on a weekly rental to rent IN TOWN at Sears than to pick it up at the massive terminal outlet. Everything was the same except airport fees! (and the rental center is 2 miles from the terminal)
