Reg Tour

We are booked to go on the cave tubing tour with Reg Tours, on March 15th. We are sailing on the Coral Princess and will not be in port until 11:00 and then departing at 6:00. Reg assured me that this gives us plenty of time for the Tubing. What do you think? Has anyone toured with Reg recently? How was it?

We took the Cave Tubing tour with Reggie's Son Jamai in Nov off the Coral, it was a great time & Jamai was a very informative guide, he took great care of our 7 YO son. Our arrival in port was earlier but also left earlier. Jamai got us back to the ship before the ships tour got back. We also did 3 cave systems & the ship's did only 2. It was one of the best tours that I have taken in my years of cruising. Have fun on the Coral it's a great ship.

  • 2 weeks later...

Just got back from Splendour cruise 1/15 through 1/22 (back actually 1/25 due to being stranded in Tampa because of the New England blizzard). Anyway, I highly, highly recommend Regtours!!!! The price was right and the tour was awesome! Jamai (Reg's son) was our guide and he was phenomenal! He gave us an entire history lesson on Belize, watched over my 9 yo son like a hawk and saved me and my son twice when we got caught up in the currents and trees:eek: - I was so embarassed but Jamai was right on top of it. To top off the whole tour, he took us to a resort after tubing where we enjoyed the local dish "The National" (rice & beans with optional habernaro sauce to which we indulged, roasted chicken and potato salad). He also hooked us up with a few shots of native raspberry wine and another kind of wine made out of a fruit that grows in Belize. He even stopped at a store on the way back to the ship and recommended the Cashew wine, to which we bought two bottles. Also on the way back to the ship, he drove another way (through town) and gave us the history on that as well.

We had four children and four adults (two families) in our party and Jamai treated us wonderfully and got us back to the dock by 2:30 and our ship's last tender was at 4:30. We got personal, professional service at a price you couldn't beat ($55 pp) and Jamai got a well-deserved cushy tip from us.

Let me know if you have any questions, but I will tell you this, you will have the time of your life on this tour!

P.s. Yes, he did drive fast, but everyone in Belize did!:)
