You are correct, there is no admission fee to Pearl Harbor itself. You should be aware that there are charges for things like baggage check (you cannot carry any kind of bag capable of concealment into Pearl Harbor -- like a diaper bag or purse), the optional audio tour, and there are separate admission fees if you wish to tour the Bowfin submarine or the Missouri battleship. When we last visited, I left my camera case in the car. "Security check. Items offering concealment are prohibited at the USS Arizona Memorial.
