Oriental Beach Question?

Can someone please tell me if Oriental Beach, in St. Martin, has a boardwalk or surface area that allows a wheelchair access to visit the various beach restaurants/bars/shops? I am not planning to go on the actual beach but would like to stroll the beach front, park my chair and look at the ocean and the beach goers.
