Frank Sansone Replacement?

I too had superb experience with Frank Sansone and sorry to hear he is gone. Does anyone know of his replacement or who is acting as Guest Relations/Customer Service manager and "Quality Assurance" which was also in his title.

Frank did an excellant job......he is now with Silverseas. I don't know his replacement, but we can sure find out.

That's great news! I've emailed with David when he was with Cunard and even told then-president Pamela Conover what a great asset he is (was) to Cunard Line. It's nice to know he's still around!
