Hi Jim,

 

This is a matter of choice, but my advise is always early sitting, the food is hotter and getting to the shows after easier.

 

Late sitting can be very late finishing up to 10.30pm. You could always change if you don't like it, usually room for late sittings.

I think late seating on Costa is just too late.
