Has Anyone gone Horseback Riding in Costa Maya?

We were wondering if anyone has gone horseback riding in Costa Maya? If so, did you book beforehand, or when you got off the ship? Where was the ride to, for how long, how much money, and were the horses well taken care of?

Can you tell us more about your experience? Where did they meet you for the excursion? Where did you go? What condition were the horses in? Why did you take a taxi?

Are there horses available that you don't have to book ahead of time? Are they strict about what shoes ect you are wearing? THX!

Don't know when you are going. We are booked with Costa Maya Excursions for the beach horseback ride in early April. If you are after that, I can let you know what we find out.
