Gem Concierge ?

We will be on the Dec. 12 sailing, does anyone know who the conierge is and who are some of the butlers.

The current concierge is Ryan but he is leaving in December (the week before Christmas I think) for his vacation. After his holiday, he will be the concierge on the Pearl.

 

Someone posted a couple weeks ago that Ruth (current concierge on the Jewel) is moving to the Gem after Ryan leaves.

 

Mark was our butler in October. He and Ryan made a great team!

 

If you are booked on the Gem, you will have a fantastic time. The crew is outstanding!
