Sunday and Sunday evening

We will be in Barbados on Sunday and overnighting at the port. Any suggestions for Sunday evening activities?

We will be in port from 7am Sunday until noon on Monday and will do some sightseeing during the day as well as shopping. What type of entertainment would be available on Sunday evening? Are any of the pubs open on Sunday evening? What other opportunities exist?
