Swimming towels for shore days?

Does anyone know if we will be able to take the ship's (Rhapsody)swimming towels with us on port days (ie to have a swim at the beach) or do we need to pack our own.

 

Hoping we can, as if we have to pack our own we have the usual luggage limit issues flying up to Sydney, and then there's the problem of how to wash the towels back on the ship....

hi Caron, no need to bring towels from home...they are supplied on the ship

Hi Caron,

 

As rmkw said the towels are available to take ashore from the Rhapsody.

We also found out you do not need to collect them from the pool deck before you go ashore, they are available at whatever deck you leave the ship

also when you get back on the ship the have a bin to put towel into so you don't have to take them back to your room

But if you have them packed away in your bag and you can't be bothered getting them out, just leave them on the floor in your bathroom and your steward will take them...

Hi Ausgirl. I was curious about bringing towels too and found a FAQ over on the NCL board. Looks like they are provided on most cruiselines so that's one less thing to have to bring. Your trip is a little longer than ours so there is more to plan for.
