Sales Event clarification

I have some OBC coupons from RCI Visa that I would like to apply to my next cruise. However, the current sales event fare has the restrictions below. Am I completely out of luck and have to book a non-sale category to take advantage of the OBC ? Thanks in advance.

The OBC from the BOA VISA Credit Cards are separate from the other offers, you should be good! What you cannot use are the additional credits and sales from Royal Caribbean - stockholder, NextCruise, C&A coupons, etc.
