If you are a Captains Club member just call the CC number, if not call Celebrity reservations. They had the info you asked about for my 10/20/10 Eclipse cruise. While we did not take pre-or post tours, I just wanted to say it is a fantastic cruise and ship. One word of uncalled for advice: They offer an overnight in Cairo, Egypt-it cost about 950 a person BUT was well worth it. Cairo is 3 hours away fromn where the ship docks in Alexandria. While they offer a one day tour to Cairo, you will not see as much as you see on the overnight AND you will be spending amost 6 hours in a bus on one day.
