An HC cabin will be larger than the standard cabin of a non-HC category. The bathroom will have a "roll-in" shower and the cabin has space for turning in a wheelchair. There will be grab-bars in the shower and around the toilet...and usually a lower sink. The cabin is designed for those in wheechairs to be able to function alone, if need be.

There will also be a small "ramp" over the lip of the door to the balcony, so you can access the balcony while in a wheelchair.
