Are there major car rental companies near the docks ?? If not how far is the airport from the docks ??

I know that Budget is just a short walk through the shopping area at the Port. I have rented from them three times.

By the way they rent junk. All their fleet is old. I rented there 3 times myself and I hoped I would get a better car and did not.
