Salons in Key West, Grand Cayman, Ochos Rios, Cozumel?

(I also posted this on the Cruise Fashions board to cover my bases.)

 

A friend and I want to get our hair done for formal night, but we can't make ourselves pay the $70+ that I've been hearing about it costing on the ship -- We're on the Costa Atlantica. I'm not sure which port days are formal nights and time wise maybe it won't work out, but has anyone had their hair done for formal night in any of these ports? Any recommendations? My friend has pretty short hair, so maybe it would be cheaper for her since she might just want a blowout rather than an up-do.
