Looking for some experienced cruisers...

re: Independence of the Seas Jan 31st - Feb 6th, 2010.

 

My family and I are looking to book an excursion directly with Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel. Our RCCL itinerary shows us arriving at 7:00 am and the company shows their program starts at 10:00 am.

 

Does the RCCL itinerary already include the time change (eastern to CST)

Also, how long of a taxi ride is it from the RCCL cruise port to Dolphin Discovery?

 

Just wanted to know so we don't miss this booking, before we go ahead.
