Dr. Jack Daniels Posted December 30, 2009 #3 Share Posted December 30, 2009 It is very difficult to run on the track as it is usually packed walkers, kids and people just aimlessly meandering around. I found it difficult to get into a good stride. My advice would be to use the treadmills in the gym. They are top-notch. The built-in TVs are sweet! Then I jog up and down the stairs a few times for cardio. Anytime you are moving, you are exercising. I also walk around the track after lunch, then I can endulge....
