We actually boarded at 11:10. From arriving at terminal 18 via taxi, dropping off our bags, going through checkin, and waiting in the plantinum area - it was a quick and painless and relatively stress-free way to board. We loved getting onboard so early, as we explored the ship, ziplined at 2:00, and felt pretty comfortable getting around the ship and sorta knowing where everything was by the time we sailed. On other posts it seems like they allow boarding by 11 or 11:30. They are great at getting passengers off the ship! We waited in our assigned lounge on departure day - after enjoying a nice bkfst. in the solarium, and it took us 10 minutes from when they announced our group, to disembark, easily locate our luggage, quickly go through customs, and into a taxi. Amazing!!! We love this new RCI concept of "on and off quickly and efficiently". It is great!!!

Oasis is THE cruise ship destination vacation!!! We highly recommend it to everyone!!! We would go back in a second!!! It was the best cruise experience we have ever had!!!

For the 12/26 sailing we arrived at the terminal about 10:45 - "sailed" through registration and were waiting upstairs by 11:05 or 11:10. Boarding started at 11:30.

I had read about how easy the process was, but couldn't believe they could do it on a ship this size. They did it. Fastest we ever moved through the process.

I said this on another thread - Oasis is a game changer. Other lines are going to be playing catch-up for years. RCCL obviously put a lot of thought into almost every detail. They changed a lot of the ways we all came to expect cruising - mostly all for the better.
