icepickjazz Posted January 2, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Anyone else notice the problem with the Winter 2010 Captain's club savings certificates? They have listed spring 2009 sailing dates instead of 2010 dates. From http://media.celebritycruises.com/celebrity/content/pdf/cc/Q4_OnlineSavingsCert.pdf Book your cruise between January 1, 2009, and March 31, 2009, to take advantage of these offers.(If outside the United States or Canada, book your cruise between January 1, 2009, and April 30, 2009.) GeorgeL Posted January 2, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Anyone else notice the problem with the Winter 2010 Captain's club savings certificates? They have listed spring 2009 sailing dates instead of 2010 dates. From http://media.celebritycruises.com/celebrity/content/pdf/cc/Q4_OnlineSavingsCert.pdf Most likely a simple printing error so you may want to call the toll free Celebrity number and mention the mistake. They may tell you to ignore the date or send (or e-mail you) you a replacement. It shouldn't be a problem.
kannna Posted January 2, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 2, 2010 They really just don't want you to use them :D
Blue Lagoon Posted January 2, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2010 I believe that those are actually last year's coupons so don't think you can substitute 2010 for 2009 dates. The Infinity is leaving on April 11, 2010 for the Panama Canal. That's why I'm paying attention.;)

icepickjazz Posted January 2, 2010 Author #6 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Thanks. Now for my next one: where do you find Captain's Club Savings Certificates? From the Celebrity web site, select Captain's Club. Or you can navigate to http://www.celebritycruises.com/captainsclub and log in from there. Christine Frances Posted January 2, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 2, 2010 I don't think the Millie is going to Australia/New Zealand:confused:
Andy Posted January 2, 2010 #8 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Hi Everyone ! I just checked the sail dates / ships, and they are early *2009* sailings. Millennium in Australia confirms this, as she no longer sails there. This is definitely a bad link, as I am pretty sure I saw late 2009/early 2010 sail date coupons a few weeks ago. I will email Celebrity and tell them about it. Hopefully, they will update the coupons soon !
Rare May B Posted January 2, 2010 #9 Share Posted January 2, 2010 Thanks for making it so easy for me, OP. And, I got the added excitement of seeing that I've been upgraded to Select. Be still, my heart! I think Andy has great connections to Celebrity, so I expect we'll all be happy to see the "fix" by Monday at about 9:15 am EST. Cheers, everybody. --May
librarylady19 Posted January 3, 2010 #10 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Can the CC savings be combined with other discounts, such as resident rate?
zebra36 Posted January 3, 2010 #11 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Can the CC savings be combined with other discounts, such as resident rate? Probably need to read the fine print on the CC certificates , however, I would guess that sr., resident and military rates allow the use of these coupons as they are "special rates" and not considered discounts for coupon use. I know the terms can be confusing and these are my take on them.
Gardyloo2 Posted March 13, 2010 #12 Share Posted March 13, 2010 These appear to be for select 2010 dates, darn. We'd like to book for Fall 2011. Has anyone seen discounts/coupons for then? Also, what's the process for transferring to a TA?
