hi, we too are on this cruise and flying back from rio, but with another airline...try going to http://www.seatguru.co.uk ( or it could be .com ) for details about the aircraft layout etc.... if you are staying in Rio for the night go to Viator.com ... this will give you details of excursions, ie helicopter trips over Christ the Redeemer and evening Platforma shows...hope this is of help.

If your flight is on a Thomson 767 the legroom will be 33ins, compared to BA & Virgins 31ins.
