I need assistance on choosing ship...

I haven't been on Carnival since 1990...After my last Carnival cruise I called it the Motel 6 of cruise lines. They will leave the light on for you. I don't know if it's the same now or not.

 

Because it's been almost 15 years since I've been on Carnival (have been on RCCL, Celebrity and Princess many times since then) I need assistance from those who LOVE Carnival.

 

We are looking at the 12/19 8 day Caribbean on Legend and the 7 night Caribbean on Glory. Please compare these ships if you can. This is going to be many families traveling together for the holidays. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Personally I love the "spirit" class ships. My cruise on the Carnival Spirit exceeded my expectations and had food and service comparable to X and better the RCCL

I have been on both ships and would take the Legend hands down. I do not like the Conquest class of ships. The Glory is a Conquest class. The Spirit class is less crowded and has two promenade decks which makes for easier passenger flow. The Legend has a higher passenger space ratio than the Glory.

From all I read the spirt class is the best, I can't wait till my Legend cruise in March. Also read all great things about the Legend. Another plus 8 days instead of 7!!!!!!!!!!!

A vote for the Legend here. No question about it.

Another vote for the Legend. I like the spirit class the best. They are extremely easy to get around on and are very open so you don't feel walled in.

The ship or Cruise line you chose is not what makes the adventure...you do...no matter which you choose...be happy...your cruising!
