Book Chops at last minute?

How popular are these restaurants? I'd kind of like to book at the spur of the moment (ie: if the supper menu in the MDR is not appealing). Will we be left out or are there usually openings?

If you're flexible on your times, then it shouldn't be a problem. Aside from CC members, many folks aren't willing to spend extra when meals are already included. I've never seen all of the tables full. Of course, there are some "popular" times, but if you're not dead-set on a specific day and time, you won't have a problem.

Depending on the ship, and what is being served for dinner the night you wish to go... You might get lucky, but sometimes it can be impossible w/o reservations.
