I was wondering if any of you experienced cruisers know of any special, reasonable places to purchase opal rings or earrings? I'll be on the Ruby March 30th. I hear St. Thomas has some great places. Thanks for your help!!

Probably the best, and you get twice the duty free allowance on items purchased there ($1600 pp vs $800) because its a US posession.
