First Time Celebrity Sailing

Hi, my mom is taking her first Celebrity cruise in February. She has only sailed Princess in the past. She is wondering if there are any special dining options (other than the alternative restaurants) available that might compare to Princess' Chef's Table?

 

Also - as she is a first timer, are there any Celebrity "must dos" that she should know about? She will be sailing on the Equinox doing the 11 day Ultimate Carribean on Feb 15th.
