Self guided Turtles and public bus.

Geobugs

Recommended Posts

Our family took the 75 cent public bus to Paynes Bay Beach for the day. The bus was easy to find and take, highly recommended. The day at the beach had rough waves due to the weather. So the kids played in the sand.

I swam the 350 - 500 yards from shore to the bouys out in the ocean to swim with the turtles. Several large catamarans come and go during the morning hours to swim with the turtles. I made friends in the water with a dive master. He feed the turtles chum and banged his flotation device. Eventually I could see three different turtles, one time each surface and swim with us.

You can do it if you pace yourself.
