I visited Costa Maya a few years back and went to cats meow, is it still in operation?

 

Also, any recommendations on an all you can drink/ eat bar on the beach would be great.

No, I was there a few weeks ago. It is gone and the owners left. I spoke with a local about it.

Sad!

Lots of places to eat and drink all along the beach, not sure who had an all inclusive price. Tequila Beach Club does and people from my dining table said it was horrible, weak, weak drinks, poor service.

You weren't missing much at the Cats Meow. WE were treated rudely by waiter and owners husband. There were 6 of us who ate there. WE'd left 20% tip and the waiter literally yelled at us - wasn't enough for him. Pi**ed us off - we left - leaving the 20% tip and vowed to not go back ever. I don't think 20% is being cheap.
