Best Excursions with kids

We have a 5 and 6 year old and will be going on our 2nd cruise with RCI. We didn't do any excursions last year but would like to this year when we travel with my parents who are in their 60's. We are going to San Juan, Aruba, Curacao, Dominica and St. Thomas. Any suggestions for the best excursions with kids. If they include water, do the operators always provide life jackets. Thanks for any help you can provide.

We loved our island tour with Henry@ EEE tours in St. Thomas; the kids even chose to forgo the stop at the beach to spend more time with him.

On Curacao we loved the aloe farm and ostrich farm excursion.

Thank-you to both responses. We will look into those for sure. Has anyone tried Jolly Pirates in Aruba. Heard it is good for kids.
