Excursions advice for "Pharoahs and promised land"

Hi folks

 

off on the Spirit 3rd march for a week to Egypt/Israel etc

 

If anyone has been on the following excursions with thompsons can you post how suitable they are for elderly people who have limited walking range?(cant do lots of steps/inclines either)

Saladin's Citadel

Ras Shamra & Panorama of Latakia

Excursions in Alexandria

Greek & Roman Alexandria

Classic Egypt - Pyramids & the Cairo Museum

Pyramids, Mohamed Ali Mosque & the Nile

Excursions in Ashdod

Jerusalem & Mount Zion

Jerusalem & Bethlehem

Yad Vashem & Jerusalem

Panoramic Jerusalem
