$50pp/$100 couple.

 

Yes the room service supervisor will call and go over the menu.

I think someone on the board has posted a copy of the menu in the past.

It is usually surf/turf/split of champagne/photo.

You can pay for it prior to sailing but you would have to call room service to set up a time once onboard.
