Shuttle 2000 LAX to Los Angeles Harbor

Has anyone dealt with Shuttle 2000? I had a quote from Zippy but before I could decide they emailed that they were filled for those dates. Still looking at SuperShuttle/Excucar - DH wants a direct shot, not a lot of stops or waiting for people.

 

Has anyone rented a car from LAX area hotel and turned it in at the harbor?
