I will be cruising on the NCL Star - March 13, 2010 to Mexican Riviera. If I could only do one thing while on this Cruise what should it be.

Check out the Cabo Wabo in Cabo San Lucas. It is a short walk from where the tender boats drop you off.

Although Cabo Wabo is fun, I can't imagine that the highlight of a Mex Riviera cruise would be going to a touristy bar. I have not been on such a cruise, so I don't have anything else to offer, but there are lots of excursions to choose from that at least get you outdoors or exposed to local history / culture.
