Griswald review - cabin 7189

Embarcation was slow due to immigration delays. There were still passengers getting off the ship after 12 noon? This resulted in pure chaos for those waiting as the check in area was packed. We had priority check in with CC status but it made no difference. Our luggage arrived after dinner. Ship is in overall good condition but there were signs of wear and tear. Our shower head would slide down as the locking piece was worn out. The TV remote control was in bad shape as well and worked part time. The computer system through the TV was not accessible either.

Our last cruise was on HAL and the beds were much nicer on HAL. The Celebrity "duvet" is not really a duvet but more like a thick blanket. Balcony was nice and the air conditioning kept up most time. We found the staff fairly friendly with a few exceptions. The Gym staff were fantastic with Daniel and Leanne running the show, best ever. Gym equiment (cycling) lacked repair and a phone call was required to "guest services". We were running out of working bikes.

DR was good for meat eaters like me. Our last cruise with Celebrity had a seperate vegetarian menu but they have recently pulled that option. Griswalds
