Recommendations for Cozumel

If you want to book thru Carnival, they have two excursions to Passion Island. It's absolutely beautiful there. One option to get there is by bus and then short ferry ride. The other is the Twister boat. We've done both. The kids will love the Twister boat. It's a ton of fun.

Paradise Beach looks great! Any idea on how much a cab would cost? Also would they have cabs at Paradise Beach to bring us back? Thanks!

The Puerta Maya cruise terminal website posts cab fares. They say $13 each way for one to four people. Cabs are easily available for the return trip. Usually at least one cab is waiting or will cycle through in a few minutes. The management will be happy to call one for you if you don't see any.

Our group have 5 children from varying in age from 7 to 9. This will be their first cruise. Does anyone have suggestions for the Cozumel port?

Cozumel Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach offers FREE entrance. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free with a $10USD purchase of food or drink per person. There is a $10USD fee only if you decide to use the snorkelling gear, kayaks, beach floats, trampoline, iceberg, and coconut tree climb and bungee trampoline jump. The $10 usd / person fee is good for the whole day and covers all of the toys mentioned. Cozumel beaches.

Taxi is the easiest way to get to Paradise Beach. They charge 12 or 13 usd, one way, for 1 to 4 passengers depending on which pier you are coming from.
