informal nights on Galaxy

I'm having a packing dilemma, I am in a desperate fight to pack light, light, light so I have a question.

Does the Galaxy really have informal/semi-formal nights on their Mediterranean cruises?

I just returned from a HAL cruise and although they were listed the dress guidelines before the cruise, every night was casual or formal. It would help not to have to take that extra dress, jacket, tie, etc. Help please!

I have been on three Celebrity Cruises and found the informal nights to be just that. Not casual. People wore what you would wear out to dinner at a local nice resturant.

We did the Med last summer and the dress codes remain the same only more of them due to longer cruises. Actually with alot more Europeans onboard, it was dressier than normal.
