Lobez Posted January 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2010 I am looking to book a hotel in San Juan using Priceline. This is the first time I am using Priceline and am looking for advice. Need a hotel for May 1, 2010. What criteria should I use regarding the hotel and at what starting price? Also what specific location in San Juan is best? We are cruising on Princess leaving from the Pan American Pier. Thanks for any help.
macaroni Posted January 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2010 Bid 4 star/resort in the san juan area only. Start at $75 and work up by $5 each time. You should be able to get something for $100 or less. You can add 3.5 star also, but don't go less than that.

sunseeker09 Posted January 22, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2010 Our final priceline bid was $101 for a 4 star (for last Sat. our last night in SJ) We got La Concha in Condado, right on the beach. When we got there they just upgraded us from a pool room to an ocean front room! The room was clean, modern, large and comfortable. What a great deal!
